I agree with this - the luck of pulling a ball out of a bag may have been the difference between gold and bronze - or maybe even not medaling at all. It worked out in Jake's favor - congrats to him!
Congrats Jake. Sad NBC couldn't bother to show your medal ceremony but I finally found it online. They were too busy showing the upteenth million fluff spot by Mary Carillo and canned Beatles music to bother I guess. Also seemed like they were doing a recruiting piece for Sanderson during the match.
