Great job Kyven, keep up the hard work and it will all payoff. Proud of you and the whole team for sticking together and battling against the odds. That's what makes ISU's tradition so special, when the going gets tough, ISU gets tougher and they don't back down. Go Cyclones!!

As I was reading the press release, I noticed the listing for the season & realized quickly that it has been either ISU or OU each week.

I suppose it's not that improbable, statistically, seeing how not every conference school fields a team but to look more closely at the fact OU's guys, Maple & Graham, are upperclassmen (Jr. & Sr. respectively), whereas Gadsen & Weatherman are still early in their careers (So & Fr), I really think this a great sign of progress for the program.

On the surface, maybe it doesn't say much but hopefully this year will help quell some of the ******** from the KJ detractors! In a tough conference (albeit small, numbers wise), ISU is holding it's own, competing fairly well in most cases & has some solid underclassmen consistently stepping up in big ways.

Sure, maybe it's not the championships & total domination of some other schools (or even what we've come to expect from our very own Cyclones) but it's starting to feel like the corner has been turned, progress is being made & the devastation of Cael's departure could finally be behind us.

Here's hoping the weekend is productive for those guys who need matches to pre-qualify & the team can end the final few weeks of the season with more progress, success & maybe even a few AA's with a Nat'l Champ thrown in for good measure!
