Haven't heard much about him though he is an ISU commit out of Hawaii. Intermat has him ranked #8 at 220 (right behind Adam Reth who is #7). It would be great to get another quality big man on the roster who has a couple years to workout with Gadson!

I am hoping we had Marcus Harrington (a junior State champ from Waterloo West) to next years class. That would give us 2 pretty good 197 pounders to learn from Kyven for a year or two an then step in and be ready to battle

I think it's really random how ISU seems to be a popular destination for D-1 wrestlers from Hawa'ii. Just goes to show how much impact having a wrestling alumni in the area can have.

Exactly. 197 has been a pretty solid weight for us since Varner and now that Kyven has been healthy.
