No, but there is a good chance ISU could pull ahead of OSU if things fall like they need to.

Hopefully 3rd worst case. Could end up anywhere from 2-5 still I think.

Probably 2nd or 5th. Varner wins we can get 2nd, if he loses probably fall to 5th, probably can not get 3rd because Varner is matched up against OSU and with the loss they would move ahead of us.

Iowa State -72 -- (Varner)
Ohio State/Penn State - 71 -- 3 for OSU (favored in 0), 2 for PSU (favored in 1)

So, would Varner have to win and get a fall or technicall fall in order for us to move into 2nd? If he just wins, isn't that only 1 point, meaning we'd be sitting in 3rd with 73?

I think he gets bonus points for winning first if he wins. I don't remember how many though.

No if he wins we would move ahead of Neb because you also get placement points added, not sure how many, I think it is 2 (difference between 1st and 2nd, 2nd place points are already added to all of the finalist) someone posted it earlier this week what the placement points are.
