1460 KXNO or Des Moines' Sports Station - 1460 KXNO
Should be around 3:25 to 3:30.
We had to tape it earlier today due to his schedule. We talked about the NCAA's, and the future. We talked about 'his style' as a coach, and if we are seeing that in his program. He gave some very frank and revealing answers.

If you can go back and find one thing I have said that was directed at Cael or the ISU program that is disrespectful, I will apologize. But you won't.
You will find that I took off at some folks on the VT topic, and that I have gloated this week about the championship.

Cael is a Class Act, and expects class from his wrestlers.
I can not imagine him ever saying, "you step on the mat with me you are going to go through 7 minutes of hell", in an interview.

I like what he said about the style he wants to see. More attacking. Can't wait to see that in the upcoming years.

I was very encouraged to hear that. I know that ISU wrestling fans have been wondering about this aspect of the team this year, and I was trying to think of a respectful way to enter into that topic of conversation. He was quite candid.

One thing I found interesting was the statement about not all the kids there now are his recruits. I would think he at least had a hand in recruiting most of them since he was assistant coach when most of them came to ISU.

I wonder if he lost his train of thought somewhere.

Bobby Douglas last few classes were pretty good from what I understand, so not sure why this may be an issue for him?
