I'll try to give a general re-cap. Both Moreno and Gadsen won their title matches by 10 getting major decisions. They showed the Gadsen-Riley match, and Gadsen came out very aggressive and dominated early for an easy win. He was much quicker than Riley and is loaded with talent. They didn't show Moreno's match but it was apparently an easy win. I've seen him wrestle before and he's got a powerful lower body and also aggressive. England and Weatherman had a great match that ended 1-1 in regulation, and England got the take down in ot for a 3-1 win. Weatherman had pinned everybody up to that final. Voelker led 4-3 with about 9 seconds left when they started at the center of the mat and he appeared to relax a little and got taken down with about a second to go, and lost 5-4. I thought if he'd just stayed away he'd have got the win. We also have a 119 lb from Valley named Brandon Jones who lost by 1 in the semi's and came back and won big in the consolation.
Cypwr- Yes, I see Jones won big in the consolation semi's by 12 points then got beat by 3 in the consolation final to finish 4th. I see Sorenson's little brother Aaron had a big win over Ballard's Micklus to win a state title, so a great week-end for the Sorensons. Anybody know what class Aaron is in and if he's a big time prospect?
