Iowa State men’s basketball unveils new white uniforms

Iowa State men’s basketball will have a new look on the court this season and it is straight fire.

We only have the team’s home white uniforms at this point, but I’m even more excited to see how the road getup will look. There was not anything wrong with what Iowa State wore the past several seasons, but it is definitely nice to see a refresh for the program.

I’m a big fan of the stripes down the side as well as the template of the uniforms that makes the top look a lot like a bro tank. The best part of the whole thing is the Hilton Magic patch along the waistband of the shorts.

My reaction when I saw that patch was similar to Super Hot Fire’s buddy after the world’s most hype rapper (but he’s not a rapper) pulled the ultimate psyche on the bum he was battling rapping (1:05 mark in the video below).

To put it simply, Iowa State and Nike did really well with the first step of this redesign and I can’t wait to see what comes next.
