I'm just curious how many people here will have to watch the game on CloneZone. It is the last resort being all the way in the DFW. My internet better cooperate come Thursday. (knock on wood)

If so, where will you be watching from?

I'll be watching it on CZ as long as this doesn't happen:

I will stuck on damn Clone Zone as well. I'm curious to see how well the image holds up on an HDMI output to the TV.

I'll be watching CZ from Jersey. In years past it's done decent. I've had no problems losing the feed, but the picture quality is not the greatest. Perhaps it's better with the new format.

Hey Cardinal&Gold -
We are having an Austin Cyclone Club gamewatch at my place on Thur night. If you are interested in coming over and watching with some fellow Clones on the 60' big screen just shoot me a pm and will give you my address and some additional info. No sense in watching it alone.

It will be crap. Count on it. Your better off watching it on your pc monitor.

Has anyone tried watching it on a PS3? I'll be attempting to do so. It should work, right? I wonder how it will turn out.

It does not work very well at all on the PS3. Your best bet by far is to plug your PC laptop in to your tv via a HDMI cable. Picture quality on all of the videos currently available on Clone Zone look almost HD quality doing this on to a 60' HDTV. So it will all come down to the quality of the stream on Thur night, which has been less than stellar in the past.....

Home Preparation.

Cook out on the deck.
Log on very early to Clone Zone. :wideeyed:
For pre game, kick your Gen Chizik bean bag around the room.:biglaugh:
Expect to see every fifth frame by the second quarter.
Enjoy. Drink Blue Moon and munch on salsa chips. :dull:
Add some background crowd noise to your room with another speaker set. :notworthy:

Brag the next day at the Hawk office place how NDSU was absolutely pounded.

I'll be watching it on CZ in KC, too many work obligations on Thursday and Friday to make it back. I wish Fox Sports would have picked it up like the SDSU game last year, but I am really glad it will be on Clone Zone at least.

Watching it on the computer is way better than nothing! Just hope it works this time.

Test it first. The PS3 doesn't always have all of the plug-ins you need for video feeds. They just did a new update so hopefully it's in there.

So I'm not an IT guy (far from it) but I finally figured out how to configure the TV and the laptop in a dual monitor configuration. So I can have CZ full screen on the HDTV and still have CycloneFanatic on the laptop.

Stack of cookies to me.

Watching Coach Rhoads' press conference right now so I know that works.

This is what I plan to do out here in Southern Maryland. I called my cable company this week and ponied up the extra money to upgrade my download speeds - just to make sure there is no problems

I've only ever cloned my laptop screen but I plan to figure out the dual screen thing with my TV this week so I can be on CF and AIM while watching the game (made that mistake of having to switch back and forth last year... not again!)

I'll of course have my (red) grill fired up and cooking bison burgers, and a mini fridge full of cold drinks next to my couch...

If I find time (rather busy in the evenings this week) I'll be getting the red and yellow rope lights up...

I spent Sunday afternoon putting up red and yellow curtains in the living room to set the mood
(I blame the year and a half I spent working a Hilton for the way I set it up... red curtains on the outside with yellow ones in the middle)
