You have to love the guy who is here for all the right reasons. I am glad I made the trip today to Lincoln!

I know the offense didn't show much today, but I'm just hoping that we can keep Coach Herman long enough to form a foundation strong enough before he takes a head coaching position.

We were missing our 2 best offensive weapons, what did you expect? The offense was just fine today, conservative, ate up clock, and didn't make mistakes. That is how you win on the road!

I have much to say about this video. In short, nice to see emotions as the RESULT of hard work, good coaching and a victory. God bless them.

I think you missed the point of my post. That was just a qualifier for what I was trying to say.

10-4! what a coach; it's amazing what he's done this year and the improvement game-to-game!!

That was easily the best You Tube video I've ever seen. I damn near cried when coach started to tearfully address his players. Man, how cool would it be to have been a part of that.

For the first time since Seneca was here, I feel we have the right coach and the right spirit to take our football team and our tiny athletic budget to the top of the heap.

I'm just so proud.

Got to love coach. What a fit he is at ISU. The players look like they love him too. Maybe just maybe we got it right this time.

It's been said before on this thread, but I had tears leaking out when CPR said how proud he was to coach this team. Not gonna lie, I'm a wreck after watching that video. Thanks Rhoads & the Cyclone players, you made my year!

And ****, when Arnaud steps up and congratulates the defense? D-what? DEFENSE!

I don't know what it was about that video. That was powerful. I've only heard the players loved him, but now I believe it. What a guy, what a coach, what a team.

Great video. I was at the game, me and 85,000 other people sitting on their hands! This team has gotten better every week since the Big 12 started. If they can win in Lincoln, nothing left on the schedule is impossible.
