I defended GMac this entire tenure at ISU but I am done. He had 4 years to build a winner and the way we have played the last 3 games is embarrassing. The offense is just awful against teams that actually have a defense....

This team is not going to the NCAA. Not unless one of the assistants can do the in-game coaching. It will be lucky to make the NIT. Sorry, but Mac does not have a clue. CB had 2 points in the 2nd half! 2 points!

I hate to say it, but I agree. Granted this team has not played together long, but we don't seem to get anything going. When we start strong he pulls the starters to keep it close. It crossed my mind he thought he was not running up the score on his old team, who by the way runs the same playbook BETTER.
After going to the northwestern game and watching this debacle I don't know if we can Beat Iowa.

NIT-Here we come! Actually, me might be lucky to get to the NIT with this coach of ours. I have had enough of this waiting till next year crap. Next year was supposed to be this year and we cant even protect our home court . WOW!

simple, we are a showtime finesse team and GMAC who is a good coach but is lost when trying to coach them. He needs physical role players.
but GMAC also knows he needs the athletic freaks to win in the very athletic Big 12. He is learning fast game by game and probaly will get it figured out soon.

I have been a supporter of McD because of kids transferring or being kicked off the team. The talent is there this year, and this team is poorly coached. If they don't drastically improve, It's time for him to go.
