Yes.... because it's the first half... We were winning in the first half. Lets see what happens after all the time has expired.

I know they are up 14 but still.....

Also, any team can have a homecourt advantage, (except Iowa) if people show up and are loud. It is like that every night at Kansas, Duke, and many other stadiums. Did Hilton magic go there too...

KSU basketball fans bring it a lot more than ISU fans the last 4 years. We dont come close to competing in atmosphere. Their student section always looks to be the biggest and loudest in the Big 12

Because I'm sure you just watch every single one of their games. Get real.

The rest of their crowd might be pretty lame on an off night, but their students bring it. I probably watch around 6-7 KSU home games per year at the very least, but what does that have to do with it?

You wanna know why??? They aren't split up in half across the arena. They are all on one side. The side the tv camera shows. I think that is the best way to do it. All students together united.

On the road...
Just when I though threads couldn't get worse, once again I was proven wrong. ajk, why the hell would you watch that many KSU games in the first place?

I agree. A 6,000 seat student section is pretty darn impressive to me too.

Is that KSU's student section at mid-court. If it is, I always thought it would be cool if Hilton did that. I know the donors pay good money for those seats, but I really think the students can bring more.

Your location says Ankeny. Chances are you're seeing the big games. Of course they're loud. Duh. It's like someone basing Iowa State solely on the Texas game because they could see that one.

I thought last week they referred to K-State as the Octagon of Doom. They need to pick something and stick with it.

That withstanding, let's get the magic back this Saturday. Let's get it back all day long.

Also winning helps.... I remember going down there the year before Huggins showed up. It was the most pathetic atmosphere in college basketball. Heck even Carver had more of an atmosphere this year.

Also......... I love there kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu wildcat cheer. Beats anything we do.

How many students do we fit into the lower levels of Hilton on both sides?

I personally have just thought it was crazy that KSU gets 6,000 students at their games.

I remember watching games in Bramlage when it was half empty. That was a couple of years ago. Never thought I'd see the day when we were miles behind them in basketball.

Texas A&M had a great home court advantage when Billy G was there and they had no crowd before. Winning give you a home court edge.

I personally hope they choke away their game tonight. Poof goes the magic. Not to mention, according to local lore, Hilton Magic is a underdog ISU team beating teams their not supposed to.

K-State is currently ranked.
