I'm surprised this doesn't happen more - players forgetting out and strike numbers, but then again you have billboards, signs, umpires, players, coaches all telling you what it is - so then again, I think he is just an idiot!

I could believe that if they had 12 outs in an inning but they have 3. 1-2-3. Not that hard of a concept.

I watched the game in question last night (I'm a Rangers fan). In Bradley's defense (which is an odd place for me to be), he did not argue balls and strikes. He simply dropped his bat at the plate. The ump took exception and wasted no time tossing him.
