Iowa tore down the goalposts at Minnesota so I would say their field is fair game.
it was wrong for them to do it, it would be wrong for us to do it.

It can happen. But don't expect people to be happy about it.

Iowa did rush the field in Kinnick North and tear down the goalpost, which was technically bad fanmanship, but after winning the conference, it isn't entirely surprising.

Did they win it or tie for it that year?

If it's a very important game, then yes it happens and I would approve. The home team won't approve, but the hell with it. Have some fun.
