Odd question, but what's the point of the "official gameday threads"? I get the game threads and even the post-game threads, but don't get the gameday threads. If somebody wants to discuss something, 99% of the time they create their own thread, so these just tend to be people saying cyclone power over and over again. I'm not complaining, I just don't understand the purpose.

They basically function as our own Internet pep rally, and to pick up credits.
