I got $70, NBA 2K11, an Under Armour hoodie, Anchorman (I've always wanted it but always forget to get it), and 2 more christmases to go.
New northface, a sweet isu fleece hoodie zip up, some blu ray movies, Fall out- new vegas, fifa 11, COD-black ops, some other various isu things. new ipod head phones Money, gift cards, etc.
Oh and a gift of being in Arizona instead of Iowa right now.

after trying to open one of my kid's toys. you know the type of toy that has zip ties and wires all over it so you cant just take it out of the box. i put my pocket knife right into my thumb. after watching the kids open their gifts, i went to the ER and got 4 stitches in my thumb. HOLY CRAP THAT HURT!!!!!!!!!!
Still waiting to open. I happen to know that my Mom is getting an Electric Fireplace from my Dad, and an iPad case from me, Dad is getting a tool chest from Mom and I got him the Back to the Future Blu-Ray trilogy. Here's hoping I just get the Best of Fox Trot book I asked for.

For those fathers who still have to do the toy packaging thing, I would recommend keeping a wire cutters handy. I have found this to be by far the easiest (and safest) method of cutting the ties.
As for my Christmas....
The 4 year old spiked a 102 fever yesterday, so the wife spent the morning at the doctor with him. Last night around 11, he got out of bed and proceeded to throw up for the next hour..... long story short, I slept on the couch last night while my wife was up with my son every 3 hours in our bed.
So today has been a pretty low key day. Haven't done gifts with the kids yet. The 18 month old is pretty "off" today so I'm guessing she will be fully sick tomorrow!
