If you listen to **** and Bert on MLB.tv, what I would do is watch ESPN on mute (if I had the game), have my laptop next to me and listened to **** and Bert call the game.

I bet there's a delay between MLB.tv and ESPN, but I'm gonna try it. Maybe it won't be too noticeable.

Same here.

I wasn't been blacked out for any of the Min/Tor games on mlb.tv either.
You must live under a rock in the middle of nowhere. That is where you have to lived to not be blacked out.

Twins might as well forfeit the games against the Yankees and save their pitchers arms.

Nope, you listed them all. If you're a Twins fan, there are 11 games all season that will not be on Fox Sports North:

4/16 @ Rays (FOX)
5/7 @ Red Sox (FOX)
6/11 vs Rangers (FOX)
7/6 vs Rays (MLB.TV)
7/9 @ White Sox (FOX)
7/20 vs Indians (MLB.TV)
7/23 vs Tigers (FOX)
8/25 vs Orioles (MLB.TV)
8/27 vs Tigers (FOX)
9/10 @ Tigers (FOX)
9/22 vs Mariners (MLB.TV)

If a twins game is on Fox Sports North does that mean it will be blacked out in Iowa on mlb.tv?

Only if they have the primary rights for the game.

True. But it will still be blacked out if they are playing another Central team (whose broadcast partner has the rights) or if the game is on ESPN, TBS or Fox. I'd be curious to see the percentage of Twins games that are NOT blacked out on MLBtv.

Which is how many games? Thanks for the info guys, trying to figure this out for my dad who is a twins fan before he buys it.

Probably at least 90-95%.

Edit:

Fox Sports North announced on February 16 that it has reached an agreement with the Twins to become the exclusive home of Twins baseball. FSN will air a total of 150 games in 2011. Those without cable or satellite will still be able to see an additional eight games that are scheduled to be a part of Fox Saturday Baseball broadcasts.

Between dragging the season out way too long and the television blackout rules, MLB just doesn't get it

true story...fantasy baseball starts to get old about the middle to end of august. and mlb.tv would make a heck of a lot more money if they didnt blackout 95% of the games
