Should be a rule, you have to be eligible to play the following season to get drafted... this is just ridiculous!

Comparatively, how many guys taken 40-60th have worked out? I would guess not many. I think that's the thought. Take a chance on someone here, let them stay over there playing competitively and see what happens.

I bet the last pick is Lucca Staiger.

Fred Hoiberg. #52 pick in the draft.

A lot of US guys picked from 40-60 do well. A lot higher percentage than foreign players. A lot higher. It's just NBA teams being cheap

I'm ******. I don't even watch the NBA, but I just watched the entire draft in hopes of seeing another Cyclone get picked up. But nooo, they drafted a bunch of weird *** names from foreign countries. I feel bad for DG, really hope he lands someplace!

It wouldn't be so bad if the stupid NBA didn't take ******* players who will never sniff an NBA roster. What does it hurt to take someone that might actually make their team? DG is clearly a better prospect than several of the players taken late in the draft.

In the long run, it might work out better for him. But it would have been cool for him to hear his name called.
