Boone is a huge Big 8 guy who publicly supported ISU/KU/ KSU last summer. I wish we had an alum like Boone among our boosters.

****, I think we should just start asking Boone for cash. I'm glad he's a Big 8 guy and would love to see T. Boone Pickens Field at a bowled in JTS.

OrangeBloods saying BYU still in play as of last night

Who is running aTm, the Three Stooges?!?!

But the source said Mike Sherman is very concerned about all this leaving-the-Big 12-for-the-SEC being a distraction to the football team leading into A&M's opener.

I think it's a little late for that, Mike. I think aTm is about to "out-Missouri" Missouri when it comes to conference realignment.

Do you think CPR would put on the brakes to a possible jump to the Big Ten due to the distractions it would present? Actually, he wouldn't have to, because ISU would have had this all wrapped up in the off season

aTm is worried about distractions before their game with SMU! Uhmm, aTm... if you can't handle distractions during SMU game prep, perhaps jumping into the SEC isn't such a great idea.

Of course, this is all cover to the real reason for delay - either the Big XII suing the pants off them if it's done wrong or not enough votes in the SEC. But this distraction talk is comical.

A bunch of jack wagons who didn't get Service Academy appointments so they make up for it by pretending to be in one, burning jars full of their ejaculate, and beating women.

Classy folks, all around.

Perhaps a shiny new jar with a SEC logo on the middle and a pretty bow tie around the neck and a fresh package of Haines "wife-beater" T's will get them across the finish line.

Oh yeah - a new maroon Bic lighter

JHC!

To their defense, SMU has gone to a bowl the last two seasons and used to be a conference foe of aTm. So, it's not Alabama that aTm is preparing for, but it's not East Tennessee State Tech of Tennessee either.

False.

The Big Ten will move when they want to.

It's not like a 14 team SEC or 16 team Pac takes money from them.

The Big Ten has been trying to move all along. They do not want to slip to the number three premeire conference. Are they going to wait for the leftovers in five years?

Just a question, why do we have to wait for TAMU to officially say they are leaving before inviting BYU or any other schools? Why couldn't we try to officially secure some invites and be proactive? I know it is probably about the exit fees or things that I have limited understanding of. But just wondered what everyone thought or any insight.

Thanks.
We want to make sure TAM pays the exit fees so it hits them in the butt.

If SMU beats TAM, I think we should offer them after the game.

Heard some of the participants are in their thirties and were past participants/losers.
