If the Big XII survives there aren't any damages. Unless the TV contract is somehow voided.

It isn't that simple though - especially if A&M really did publicly say that they had decided to leave a year and a half ago. Even if Baylor/ISU/et al don't have enough of a case to win, they probably could at least drag it out in court for a few years.
