Hopefully he is ready, I think just having him tomplay a few snaps will work wonders for D-Line freshness in quarter 4, would be great to seem him make a few plays too, but I don't expect that yet....

I feel like the staff wouldn't put him in the game if he wasn't physically ready. It all comes down to how mentally ready he is, IMO.
It's a quote like this that makes me think the guy may be a difference maker. They're afraid he's going to make mistakes but he clearly has some talent. Or girth at least. Maybe that's all Rhoads sees in him.
Great article, thanks for posting. Need to get the "Dailey" bookmarked again. Simon seems like he has a great attitude, can't wait for his debut. The "vibes" I'm getting from this program has got me really excited for the future!
Randy Shannon is better than just a recruiter. He's been around a long time and will find a HC job somewhere
CPR had a quote earlier about Simon being disruptive in practice and said something like (paraphrasing) "he's everything we thought he would be." He also said that four weeks of conditioning, which is what he had after enrolling, is just like what the players go through in fall camp, so he should be in pretty good football shape by now.
