Where is everyone staying in the NYC area? Would be nice to get a list of places to stay with other Cyclone fans!

I'm sure there will be but they won't be cheaper. Gridiron details come out tomorrow.

You would think, they would want people to go, so it would be a bit better than what someone would go out by themselves, but I know that's not how it works.

It's nice to have someone set it all up though. IMO

I agree, but if you just talk to enough people and figure out their plans, it is pretty easy to plan a trip online.

Staying in the Manhattan area on New Years Eve is terribly expensive (if even possible) as these rooms have been booked for months and years out. I'd recommend staying in Queens. Actually, they just built about 4 new hotels in Long Island City in Queens and they'll likely want to fill them up and they'll be relatively cheap compared to Manhattan. It's a quick Subway ride into the city or cab ride across the 59th street bridge to the Upper East Side. Subway to the Bronx is probably the best way to go no matter where you stay.

Since we're stuck in NYC for the next 6-7 months, the Pinstripe Bowl was the only way I was going to be able to attend, so I'm actually pumped the Cyclones are coming out here to go bowling. Yankee Stadium is an awesome venue for it as well!
