Pretty good stuff. Though do all the Tebow haters who hate on him because he brings up religion do the same thing to Kurt Warner who is just as much if not more public with his religion then Tebow, or because he is from Iowa he gets a pass from all of you.

Speaking for myself only, nobody gets a pass when they're this over the top. I used to get sick after everyone of Evander Holyfield's fights for the same reason.

and he isnt the only guy to kneel n prayer after a win. in fact whole teams do it after every game, its just the cameras don't pan to them.

Or what about our very own Iowa State Cyclones in the south end zone before every game. Surprised people don't get all upset about that...

Also, Tim Tebow has stated that he does not believe God takes a hand in the outcome of games. I still don't understand how people do not respect Tebow for standing up for his faith even though he is facing so much verbal persecution for it.

I think a lot of people just get annoyed constantly hearing the same thing. We get it you love Jesus. What if someone started and ended every press conference thanking their parents for everything they've done for them. He would get flak for that too.

I personally don't mind anything he does. Who gives a crap what he believes? He's a football player and one hell of a fun one to watch at that (at least in the 4th quarter).

This is exactly right. He isn't condemning anyone in these interviews for having beliefs different than his own.

Well, let me see if I can give you some perspective.

Assume the player doing all of this is Muslim. How would you react if he thanked Allah for his success as much as Tebow does? I am guessing your feeling as you read this is not the same as Tebow doing this. (I am not Muslim, BTW, and support everyone's 1st Amendment right to free speech/expression; just using this as an example.)

I seriously wouldn't complain about it. However, he probably wouldn't get ripped on for doing it because for some reason people aren't allowed to rip on Muslims for their strong faith, but they can rip on Christians all they want. The following article sums it up very well.
