According to this post from the Visitors this Weekend thread, he already has an Arkansas offer.

I know the North Shrine Bowl coach, and had a meeting with the ISU coaching staff, they said that it is down to Arkansas and ISU for White, he does have an offer from Arkansas.

I actually think it is a good thing he has one already. It means he's not just waiting for their offer. If he was, he might commit on the spot next week.

At this point he knows what is on the table for him from Arky and ISU. The visit will make the difference.

Time to send in "The Closer!!"
