I used it and I liked it very much overall on my laptop connected to my TV via HDMI cable.

A couple of issues...

1.) Losing audio when switching in and out of full screen mode.

2.) Switched to or stayed with cameras that were not focused on action or were being moved around.

But overall very impressed with the quality on my mid-level internet connected on wi-fi!

Glad I'm not the only one who's had that issue (so I know it's not just a me problem).

Worked great on my Android phone (after forcing the browser to desktop version). Watched the first two Vball sets in the JTS parking lot, went into Hilton for sets 3 and 4. Hope the audio works well for the next couple FB games on what I'm afraid may be marginal wifi at my hotel in Malaysia the next 4 weeks...

Seems like our tempo was screwing them up there- they tried early in the game, and kept getting caught with a play starting.

Okay that makes sense. Was outside and didn't catch the game until halftime.

Replays are just one of those things that I didn't realize how much I enjoyed them when there are close calls or when I'm looking away from the screen and just hear "AMAZING PLAY". Don't need all the angles that ESPN et al show, but definitely felt not having them.

All in all though, I can't complain too much about it. I'm sure things like that can only get better.

I wonder how Cyclones.tv compared to what was being showed on the videoboard? Was anyone able to tell? They did the starting lineups feature video on the videoboard pretty early in the game.

Sounds like this was a good investment. I'm glad it didn't flop like Clone Zone. It would have been good if they gave an event free public access on Cyclones.tv like a volleyball game, so everyone can see the quality. I'd be more inclined to subscribe if I could see it first-hand, especially if they had an idea of how many MBB games they will broadcast this year.

I had that problem also when using Google Chrome. I switched to Internet Explorer and never had the problem again.

A problem I did have was getting logged out every 5 to 10 minutes. This may have been due to the fact that my dad and brother, who couldn't be in the same location as us, used the same account. Did anybody that didn't have 2 log ins going have this problem?

They will boot multiple connections on a single account.

Bravo for Cyclone TV! I was really impressed with the camera angles. And it is really cool to see all of the extra footage of Cyclone fans, facilities, and the scoreboard materials. And of course John and Eric's broadcast rules over the normal TV crews. And our TV isn't HD quality, but our computer monitor is. Overall it was a better experience than watching the game on a network station.

Guys - if you had issues please send them to the tech support contact! Having worked tech support before a lot of times the only way you can know about stuff like the iPad app audio is if you contact them and let them know.

I'm an unabashed Cyclones.TV cheerleader because I travel constantly for work so I want to see it continue and take off so I can get more stuff while I'm out of the state.

Did anyone else have a problem with being 5-10 minutes later than what was actually going on? I had the same problem with the volleyball game earlier today as well. Whenever I hit the go live button, it took me back a second if anything, I was able to refresh during halftime and jump ahead 5 or so minutes, but still not live. Video and audio were great though!

Comparing the difference between the CF chat and when I saw it on the screen I'm guessing there was about a 30-45 second delay on the stream.

The reason why it could be slower is the fact they had to match the radio audio with the video. And radio is always faster. That's my theory.

It was ok but far from great. I watched the VB yesterday afternoon and it was fine. The football game was almost a 20 minute delay and the quality was pretty poor. I think a one month subscription is going to be it.

The only thing that bothered me was that the camera would zoom in way too far on the ball carrier. It was essentially a close up; the only player on the screen was whoever had the ball. Other than that, great quality. Very well done!

They need to fix the problem where the sound cuts out when switching between Full Screen and inline. The sound disappeared for me probably one out of three times when I did that.

Surprised in this thread how many people seem to only have an iPad for internet access. I always assumed an iPad user was the tech junky type person to at least have one or two other macs/PCs and a high speed connection. Is it a deal where you chose the iPad app or a regular subscription and you don't automatically get both?

My only criticism is I'd like to get the game replay up immediately like they do on ESPN3 archiving. I work on a lot of Sept Saturdays and it'd be awesome to watch the whole replay Sat night or sunday morning. There shouldn't be issues like games on ESPN/Fox/BTN networks with waiting a few days.

I hadtrouble at first with this and the show sputtering and stuff. I have a 30 mb connection so I knew it was not that. I ditched the laptop and hooked up my pc right to my tv and it was flawless then.
