Rivals #24 and #1 receiver...does not compute.

Who cares; one more thing to motivate him when he is struggling with fatigue in the weight room.

How can ESPN post that list of interested schools and not have the kid highly ranked? Aside from the two local schools, that is a who's who of football.

ESPN recruiting sucks, and I am not saying that because of this. Rivals is by far the best.

The only excuse for this is that he has not been evaluated yet. And I'm doubting that.

I do think a little bit of the fact that he's committed to ISU has something to do with it. And to be fair, Rivals is the only one really, really high on him. Once he hits the summer circuit, and more national analysts see him, his stock will rise rapidly.

They don't even have the Oregon offer so they obviously have not updated anything regarding him in a while. Should be ranked though, total BS.

To be fair, Rivals is the only recruiting site really worth anything right now. Although 247sports I think will eventually challenge them. 247 has his 40 at 4.5 and has all his relevant offers, unlike ESPN. If that is all the better ESPN can do with its practically infinite bankroll, that is all you need to know.

It looks like Lazard is also the #103 player in the nation and is listed as an ATH by them. He is the #9 ATH.

It's nice to see our guys get some recognition, but to repeat what's already been said, who cares? This guy is a Cyclone. He's an incredible talent who wants to play in Ames and make this football program stronger than it ever has been. He's 6'4", 195 with a 4.5 forty. He is a beast blocking in the run game and guess what, he's gonna get bigger and stronger his first year on campus too.
