I can't name just one.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
Margin Call
My Dog Skip
Moon
Glengarry Glen Ross
The Grifters
Kingdom of Heaven
Sunshine
Shallow Grave
Magnolia

The Director's Cut of Kingdom of Heaven is pure moviemaking brilliance. Just simply amazing and it blows the box office version (which was good in its own right) out of the water.

Also Serenity, and you don't have to like "Firefly" to enjoy it.

I don't know if one can say it's "underrated" but the movie "Aliens" is something I can watch over and over and over and never get tired of. Even though it was made in the 'mid-80's it has stood up very well over time and is just as good, if not better, than most action/thriller movies being made today IMO.

Comedy - Weird Science
Sci-Fi - Sunshine
Drama - Primal Fear
Action - Hard to Kill (probably a good candidate for a remake but Ive always thought the plot is great)

Just re-read the book. I can only imagine Ramius speaking with a Scottish accent for some reason...
"I know this book! Your conclusions were all wrong, Ryan. Halsey acted stupidly."

Totally - and I can't picture anyone but Alec Baldwin in EVERY Jack Ryan Clancy book I read!

This movie was just on TV and though I've seen it many times, I watched it... again.

The Butterfly Effect

I think some people hate it just because of Ashton Kutcher. The whole concept of the movie really intrigues me. The after effects of changing one part of your life. Crazy.

The problem I had with the Butterfly Effect was that everything that Kutcher's character did turned out to have negative consequences, well except for maybe his final decision.
