Generally I like CycloneUniforms ideas, but I never liked any of the gray stuff they did. Now that they're making gray helmets I'm getting really worried that whoever is in charge of our uniform design is not very good.

I think "grey" is reflected from all car colors, although I can't be sure.

As mentioned, it's pretty easy to do this in photoshop. I quickly mocked up a game action picture from last year's Iowa game with a gray helmet.

I, for one, think these are "sick" and "banging" and I would enjoy seeing them on the chaps during an Iowa State football match. However, only if they are paired with gray jerseys and gray pants. I say let's jump on the college football fashion tidal wave of looking like we rolled out of bed in our gray jammies to play! Terrific!
