ISU can't feel good. But Tech can't feel that great about that win. We had no business being within 28 points with that statistical performance. If I looked at the boxscore without the final score, no way I would've seen a 42-35 scoreline in there.

I don't know how even the THOUGHT of firing Mess on the spot doesn't go through CPR's head today after that bad of a game by the offense. Really it is inexcusable, I don't care how good Tech's D was supposed to be. At one time I thought I heard one of the announcers say Tech forced 12 punts in the 2nd half, and that was BEFORE the game was even close to over!

Love the Clones, love CPR, but don't understand why Sam wasn't pulled. He was hurting, and that hurt the offense. Just wanted a close game, that's what it was score wise anyway. Tech has some playmakers, but they didn't really look that dominate. On to the next one

When the announcers are actively questioning play calling, you have a play calling issue.

All we've heard about is SR's bad ankle and we are running read options and QB draws with him.

Insanity.

That's what I love about our D - they generally give up tons of yards, but not the points you'd usually associate with the yard totals. There was a good article about the analysis of defenses playing against the high-power offenses, and how those stats are misleading.

If only we didn't run out the clock with a minute left at the 35 and the stupid fake field goal. We left at least 6 points on the field.
