Why are people arguing? Iowa State just beat Michigan on a huge recruiting weekend.
I just picture them like this.

Great effort all around. I needed that, proud day. Clones just upset the #7 team in the nation. By seven not a buzzer beater

Such an awesome game.

Really tough one for Thomas and Morris. They were quite literally thrown to the wolves, and you could tell. Lots of games to get them comfortable before Big 12 play, though.

I was ragging on Niang a lot, but he really came through in the end. Those last minutes were the best he's been this season.

Hey, we're 15th in the RPI now. Too bad RPI doesn't mean much this early. Love the win though. Awesome and that must have been great for a guy like Vaughan to see.

Anyone catch Ejim's interview with Vitale after the game? It was awesome. They asked Melvin how good he thinks this team can be and he said.... "A helluva lot better than we were tonight. We didn't shoot the 3 like we can, so I think we can be much better."

That was awesome! He's not satisfied one bit with just beating Michigan. There's so much more to do!

Not even joking, I saw Allen Lazard in that court storm. Anybody else? He was in a yellow shirt on the left of the screen during the chorus for "Sweet Caroline".

Eat it turd...do you want me to count the times isu has beat a ranked team? It's November and the rankings are virtually meaningless. Am I excited? Of course, but it's one f@@@ing game.

Watch out for this guy

I can't wait for:

+ Morris and Thomas to contribute

+ Hogue to be one of our best low=post defenders and doesn't pull the trey shot too much

+ Ejim at 100% instead of 99.5%

+ Kane to get <3 TOs per game and more comfortable running from a set 1/2 court offense.

Obviously you don't understand the why this win is huge besides beating a ranked team. I'll just say Rashad Vaughn for one but you obviously are too god damn ******** to understand the meaning of this win

wow, have a Xanax bra...i get it. The clones won, Vaughn was in attendance, does it help our chances....certainly doesn't hurt, but relax...geez usgeez us

Ejim impressed those NBA scouts for sure. Even with a bad knee. MVP.

He definitely left an impression, but what position could he play in the NBA? He is too small to play the 4 and doesn't have the range/handling skills to play the 3. He for sure will get a good look though.

Good interview; He's a great ambassador or the University.

That's what I'm excited about is that Morris and Thomas didn't really give us anything at all tonight, we didn't shoot the 3 well, and we still beat the #7 ranked team in the country. That's pretty exciting.
