This show is killing the golden goose. Seems like the objective is to have nothing happen as long as possible. This season has been a joke.

I really enjoyed this episode. Last episode was boring, but this one had some exciting things happen.
Can't wait for next episode.

the prison with the governor and ricks crew and all this has really played itself out. I have a feeling I know what's going down for next week so I have a lot of hope.

I think the secret here is just to admit to yourself that this show just is not ever going to be great. I mean, it's good. I enjoy it, but it's never going to be great. It's never going to be Breaking Bad or Sopranos. That first season you kind of thought it could get to that level but....It's just going to be something you want to watch on Sunday nights. I've come to terms with it.

I enjoyed these two. Looks like I might be in a small number here.

I liked both of these episodes as well. I wouldn't say that they are some of the best of the series, but I thought there was some good stuff there.

I liked this episode. The governor is truly psychotic.

He's way psychotic. But I love how these last 2 episodes help the viewer get to the place where you can at least understand why the Governor does some of the stuff he does. I feel like Woodbury-Governor was just a power-hungry, crazed, maniac. This Governor, while definitely still psychotic, is motivated at least in part by his desire to protect his new family.

If you're setting the bar at Breaking Bad you are going to be disappointed with just about every single TV show you ever watch. Doesn't mean this show isn't great. Because... it is.

Maybe if they hadnt run off Darabont it couldve been, but yeah.

The writing could use a big upgrade. But i think ive been spoiled by Game of Thrones with its use of a large cast compared to TWD.

We'll see. I think theyre going for a bit of a slow burn but a slow burn needs to have a big payoff at the end. We'll see if they deliver like that this time unlike how they failed to with the season 3 finale. I'll withhold judgement on these 2 episodes until i see next week. These episodes were good but not great.

I thought these last two episodes were pretty good. Finally caught up, I was several episodes behind at the start of the day. Watching them back to back is definitely the way to go.

Why aren't we talking about the remote camp that was taken out? Who did it? Who is out there?

I was confused about that whole deal. Did that camp get attacked on the same outing that the group initially saw it? Or was it a later outing? And how did the Governor know? It's like he has superman hearing or psychic senses.

Good question. I'd like to know how it was done. Like they said on Talking Dead, it seemed like the governor and those guys had just left that camp, hunted a little and then went back to the camp and everyone was dead. Maybe they hunted for hours in which case it'd make more sense but maybe someone went stealth mode. And what made the governor go back to the camp to discover all of the bodies?
