Don't think we get a #1 seed, but a #2 seed is within our grasp thanks to that Big 12 title run. Still, I won't be surprised if we are a #3 in this world of sports media.
do we jump duke?I've been looking at this a lot lately. We have a good enough resume for a 2 seed, but I'm not going to cry if we don't get it. NCAA College Basketball Tournament Predictions - Nitty Gritty Report - ESPN

1 seed is a stretch (I though I heard somewhere that no team with 7 or more losses has ever been a 1 seed before). I think 2 seed is pretty attainable though.

Wouldn't mind if Virginia got that last 1 seed. Vitale said it should be Michigan. Rick Pitino thinks his Louisville team is deserving at 29-5. I see it going to one of those 3, realistically.
If MSU wins, I would not be surprised if Iowa State is a 4-seed. Which would be a crime, and if Michigan is a 1-seed, ISU should not be below a 2-seed.I won't be surprised if Iowa State is a 2 seed scrubbed to the 3 seed line based on locations.
I don't think it makes a lick of difference how the games play out today. They have the brackets all set and aren't going to change them.
I don't think there's any way ISU falls to a 4 seed, especially basing it off the Big 10 Tourney Championship. If MSU wins, I would not be surprised if Iowa State is a 4-seed. Which would be a crime, and if Michigan is a 1-seed, ISU should not be below a 2-seed.
Never said I thought it should be Louisville, just that I could see it happening. The record is good, they won their conference, and they are defending champs which I don't think should factor into the equation, but I bet it will.
