Lanning's body language and upbeat attitude seems to indicate that he is having a very good spring. Rohach said that he did not have good practices the first few days and Sam seemed like he was having some struggles as well. Spring game should be interesting.

I thought a lot of that same. Lanning is definitely the most upbeat. Grant sounds as if he is always being yelled at. And Sam looks bummed and nervous. More than anything I hope they are having fun because I didn't read much of that in their voices and mannerisms. Except by Lanning and I didn't expect that. Personally I thought Sam would emerge as the leader, but not from the looks of that video

Rohach will start the first game this fall, guaranteed. Richardson will backup, but that ship has clearly sailed

I think I've seen Richardson, Rohach, Lanning, and even Creekmur all receive predictions to be the starter from somebody who's incredibly confident in their prediction. With that being said, I frankly won't believe anybody who guarantees something.

Sounds like they are all getting coached up, and I like how one of them mentioned how the offense has been simplified and how well they are getting used to the new system. Should be fun to see who emerges.

Richardson always seems like that. From what I heard in MM offense it seems like he said the qb's have to be able to audible frequently and make decisions on their own? I just can't imagine a RS fr being that guy with two experienced Qb's ahead of him. I will actually be surprised if SR isn't the starter. He has put on 20lbs+ of pure muscle and looks great physically. He really needed that for durability and arm strength. It seems that CPR and the coaches really hid how hurt SR was last year and yet he still played thru it which says a lot too.
