I thought the new 21 Jump Street was pretty good and people hated it.
You mean that movie that got good reviews, made a ton of money, and has a sequel coming next weekend? That movie that everyone hated?

Starship Troopers
Starship Troopers and Pleasantville
I loved Pleasantville, and it had a great soundtrack! I have the DVD.
Mine are mostly ones that people hate, like The English Patient, because they're seen as boring. My husband won't even attempt to watch Shakespeare in Love with me, even though it's a fantastic movie.
Another really divisive one I love is Magnolia.

Ahh Magnolia. Quite possibly my favorite movie ever and one I wish more people would see. Brilliant.
It has a good cast also. I always watch it, atleast some of it, when it's on. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0120789/fullcredits?ref_=tt_ql_1 Paul Walker way down the list.
I love PTA so much. I'm with you, it's in my top 5 movies ever, such amazing acting. People always just get told, "It's weird, there's the frog thing" - and so then people don't want to watch it. Also just an amazing soundtrack combining Aimee Mann and Supertramp, which is bizarre.
I'll probably get killed for this but...I didn't think Crystal Skull was THAT bad.
Paul is really good in that film. I don't even love Tobey Maguire, but he's really good in it. William H. Macy is one of my faves, and he's always good. It even has Jenny Lewis before she joined Rilo Kiley.
