Hmm, haven't seen Hot Tub Time Machine on your lists yet, people. CF has standards to uphold, you know.

Both movies I assumed everyone loves (for different reasons).

My husband doesn't, but it may be because I've made him watch it 500 times. And that I know most of the words. So maybe that's more on me than on the movie itself.

Same here, and have the DVD. I can watch Stillwell Angel get pegged with that catcher's mitt over and over.

Do you know General Omar Bradley? The resemblance is too strong.
Remember, a lady reveals nothing.
I loved you in the Wizard of Oz.
(Newsie voice) (Very wide camera angle): "And there's Marla Hooch. What a hitter!!"
What did you do to her? ... We gave her a dress. (And a lot of liquor!!)
Did you know you look like a ***** with a little hat on it?
Do you think there's men that haven't seen your bosoms, Mae?

I have to include Hanks' maniacal laugh; the simple mitt to the face won't do it for me.

HAHAHAHAAAAAAA!!!!!!! GOT HIM!!!!!!!!

For me, I've always liked Annapolis (starring James Franco and Tyrese Gibson). Got lousy reviews and didn't break even at the box office, but I really don't mind it at all.

That got bad reviews?? I ended up buying it a long time ago and watched it a month ago. Course, I like boxing style movies.

I adore every word of this post.

"Who's Lou?!?"
"Well, then, this would be more, wouldn't it?"
"Evelyn! Your kid ate the lineup!"

I always wished Jon Lovitz was in there longer.

OH! Does A League of Their Own count? Tom Hanks makes that movie.

"Avoid the clap, Jimmy Dugan."

"There's no crying in baseball!" is often said at our house. Even my husband will stop on this movie if it is on.

I love it - okay, maybe I shouldn't have included it in this particular thread. I love it so much, and don't even like baseball!

I think Costner became the Nickelback of male actors. I actually liked The Postman, Dances with Wolves, and Waterwold. Will Patton was a horrible Gen Bethlehem in The Postman, that was the only thing I really didn't care for. I will watch Waterworld just to see Kim Coates and Tina Majorino early in their careers. 'Paaaper'

I think Sci Fi in general, I appreciate more than others.

I liked Battlefield Earth for cripes sake.
I liked Vanilla Sky.
I didn't hate Avatar.

I could list a million because I love cheesy horror movies, but I'll stay out of that genre.

I'll go with Bubble Boy. Love that movie.

I'm with you on this one. I never understood why everyone said it was so dang terrible, I thought it was an interesting concept.
