Updated image of the old First National Bank location. I'd say campustown is going to look much better in a year or so.

I really wish the garage door would have been put in the back. That looks bad right in the middle. The rest of the building looks fine though.

Updated Kingland rendering, basically all that has changed is they have broken up the large window expanses shown in the previous rendering, and changed the block/limestone facades to a charcoal metal panel, and change the brown brick to a champagne color (the white facade you see in the picture)

Also a full picture of the 23 twenty lincoln development without the banner

and a picture of what the interior courtyard will look like located on the roof of the 23 twenty project (pretty cool and I imagine these apartment will be pretty pricey with the location and amenities included)

How far along is construction on these buildings? The Kingland one looks so cheap and lousy, but 23 twenty is very solid minus the garage door being in the front of the building.

All of the sites have been graded and utility work has been going on, foundation work should be starting soon.

Anyone else think that the amount of glass on that corner may prove to be a questionable decision during whatever annual celebration develops now that Veishea is gone? :psmile:
