much ado about nothing, imho. It's a meme, nothing more than that. Would people get all bent out of shape if he made a "that's what she said" joke? They're basically the same thing.
He is a big time college football player that has made some very bad choices in his past. He is bringing it on himself. Need to be a little smarter than he is when you are in the spotlight.
When the guy was accused of sexual assault, they're not quite the same thing. I am not offended by it, and don't think it's that big of a deal, but I think the tone is questionable.
I was trying to figure out how to express my opinion and I think you summed it up pretty well.
Basically, it shows a lack of common sense on his part, when he has already been under a spotlight for previous accusations. Right or wrong, guilty or innocent, people are going to watch how he treats women, talks about women, etc, more closely.
Sexual assault, crab legs, now this in a year's time.
I get he is being a college kid, but c'mon now.
Accused of Sexual Assault, probably not a good idea to yell "**** her right in her *****" on campus. Just a thought...
