Hey, I'm sure the high school education ratings will back me up. I'm not saying everyone in the south is stupid. But the numbers aren't great either.

I'm a new transplant to the south so I actually really do side with you on your argument. In the couple months I've been down here, I've heard and seen some new levels of stupid.

Wow, that 911 call was something else. Theres not a doubt in my mind that it was some sort of hazing exercise . Funny thing was I worked with a SigEp that had a similar hazing experience here at ISU . If you think its not done anymore here at Iowa State, your blind.

Not everyone in the south is stupid, I mean some people from the north move to the south, right?

I'm sure it was required by the pledges but when I think of hazing I think of things a lot worse than going for a group run.

I'll tell you one thing. Greek culture in the south is a lot different than everywhere else in the country. How Greeks are represented on TV and the big screen isn't really representative of the fraternities/sororities at ISU. However, what you see on TV is EXACTLY how it is in the south. At least that was my experience in North Carolina. I'm sure Greek communities are similar in South Carolina as well.
