Washington had a couple minute stretch in which he took over in the 1st half. He would have been perfect next to Georges.
Two things I hate on basketball courts - 1) obnoxiously huge half court logos and 2) different color stain inside the 3-point arc. NC State meets both of these criteria. At least the lane isn't painted...and the court doesn't bother me as much when they are handing Duke their a**.
NC State stopped their winning strategy with 6 minutes to play.
Glad Fred doesn't chew clock until we're down to the two minute mark in games like Ark and Iowa where we got out to big leads. You might lose a few points here and there but it keeps your offense flowing in case you need it.

If they don't get any #1 votes it speaks to the fact of how the preseason poll really affects the polls the entire year. Virginia definitely looks like the best team right now and they're unbeaten.
