Paraphrasing the words of the famous philosopher from Minnesota (Gary Gaetti),it's hard to play the game with both hands wrapped around your neck.

Didn't help that the refs gave KSU 3 extra possessions they shouldn't have had

The refs didn't hand the ball over off an inbound pass for the easy go ahead dunk or throw another inbound pass clear across the court with only a few seconds left. Yes, questionable calls, but ISU had it. Then ISU lost it.

This team panics way too easy. As soon as trouble hits they curl up in the fetal position. Other teams gotta love playing us. Just keep within 15 and we'll let you comeback for a spectacular win. This team is gonna flame out quick. I can image four consecutive losses and a long off season searching for leadership.

Wow what a meltdown. Embarrassing final 5 minutes by the whole team.

I dont' think that's an overreaction. Playing like they did against BU and KSU will easily get them bounced in first round.

Wrong as no team ISU would face round one are the caliber of Baylor or KSU. ISU needs to play better - fact.

But the whine-a-thon overreactions here are pathetic and show complete lack of education.

Niang is just not playing as well as he did last year. That's not ripping on him, just a true statement comparing how we know he can play to this year.

This team is soft with no leader. THat's not an overreaction to me. We are losing games we shouldn't be losing. WE can't finish.

Now this is America, so instead of looking for solutions, who do we blame for this collapse?

My vote is on Hoiberg. Players do what the coaches say. They weren't doing the right things today or on Wednesday.
