That call at the end was not consistant with how the rest of the game was played in the second half.

ND got screwed hard. I'm sorry I'm not in the camp that Kentucky played a tough schedule this year. There non-con was good but early in the year is the time to catch teams. They played in the SEC (even ISU was 2-0) against their top 5 teams this year)

Kentucky is a good team but what ref calls that foul with 6 seconds remaining. Pathetic. It appeared the offensive player was out of position to draw a foul as well....should have been a no call

More class out of Towns than Calipari. Gave Notre Dame their props rather than say it was not their toughest challenge this year, like the scumbag did.

Refs couldn't let Kentucky play that one out, had to call the foul and give them the game. Can't just let them lose now...

Because they called an obvious blocking foul?

An obvious blocking foul would be that the offensive player was in control and the defensive player did not have his feet set. It did not look like the Kentucky player was in control.

Have you ever watched ISU basketball this year?? That would have been a no call 9 times out of ten if it was ANYBODY but kentucky.

Plus the second half that same exact play happened 20 times with NO CALL.

I'm not sure how he wasn't in control, he tried to step around him and the guy leaned into him to make contact. I'm not going to get into the whole "Boo hoo that wouldn't have been a foul if it were us" stuff.

At 6'5" Pat Connaughton tied his teammate Auguste for most rebounds in the game with 9. Good luck with the Orioles organization Mr. Connaughton. It has been fun to watch you for four years. That is one tough guy.
