I know it was discussed a lot with Ejim, but what does Niang have to do to be in consideration for retiring his number at the end of his career? In my opinion another year similar to 2014 production and accolade wise makes it an interesting discussion. NCAA tournament success could help the argument as well.

Stay healthy next year and his number will be retired.

I'm excited to see Georges come back. If he works out as hard this offseason as he did last offseason but doesn't have to focus as much on losing weight but rather putting on muscle, I think he could be even better.

Well duh. What else would he do? Quit school and sell insurance?

I think his official announcement is also sort of an endorsement of the idea Fred will be coaching @ ISU next season. Not that Georges would for sure leave if he knew Fred was leaving, but I tend to think it'd have an influence on his decision.
