Former Indiana Hills coach Peery has no ties to the east coast. He's coached in Iowa, Utah, Arizona and Idaho. I'd like to find a better recruiter with ties to NY.

I thought that at first too, but he did manage do get three NY recruits his last three years at IHCC. Hogue and Washington being two of them.

Agreed, with Henry on the staff it has to be a recruiter. Don't care what his territory is.

CFH said that he and Henry stay up late at night watching film and watching NBA games to scheme plays. He's certainly being built to be an X and O's guy.

I don't think they need a guy with ties to the east coast. They just need a top recruiter.

Agreed. Who cares where the players come from? Just get them.

NYC hasn't worked out that well for us anyway.

It's probably easier to recruit a kid from Chicago or Texas to Ames (B12), than it is to get a guy from the Bronx anyway.

My source is saying that TJ is still the guy, if he doesn't get the Green Bay job.

Edit: My mistake. Don't know why I said Wisconsin Whitewater, meant Green Bay. He is interviewing there this week.

Not sure what to think if TJ comes back. Maybe he'll bring Malik Dime with him though.

I thought TJ left to a) get more experience under another guy to hep him become a head coach and b) to move closer to the pacific coast so Allison could be closer to Australia. Seems like him coming back to ISU would defeat that completely.
