Not sure what to think if TJ comes back. Maybe he'll bring Malik Dime with him though.
I would assume this would be the case and that wouldn't be a bad consolation prize assuming Diallo is Doneallo.

I thought TJ left to a) get more experience under another guy to hep him become a head coach and b) to move closer to the pacific coast so Allison could be closer to Australia. Seems like him coming back to ISU would defeat that completely.
Maybe he is a graduate of the Hambone School of Geography?
My source is saying that TJ is still the guy, if he doesn't get the Wisconsin Whitewater job.
This program is in a nose dive Fred Hoiberg will leave next for the Bulls. You heard it here first.
Can someone explain why TJ is an idea or candidate?

All good things must come to an end.
This program will never be in a nose dive s long as Fred is here. If he leaves, all bets are off, but you still have an attractive coaching job.
With Hilton, you're basically guaranteed 15-16 wins minimum as a starting point. Then you just have to figure out how to win 5-6 more and you're in the tourney.
We have facilities, we have some moderately good tradition and we have a great game atmosphere and fan following.
1. Must be a great recruiter
2. Would be a big bonus if he is defensive minded.
Okay, but why? Isn't he gainfully employed in his wife's homestate of Wash? Why would his next move not be a HC pos?

His wife is from Australia. I realize that we are all not as involved as I am. But TJ is married to one of our more famous WBB players.

Like every coaching process at SUU, the finalists for the job are required to meet with the returning players in the interviewing process. As told to me by this source, Peery met with SUU athletic director Ken Beazer for the job on Monday, as the last interviewee for the position. The meeting involved this customary meeting with the T-Bird players, and that’s when everything went awry for Peery.
The source explained how Peery was confrontational with the SUU players, yelling at the team — flat out being “rude†to each of the players. Peery was described as making the meeting “uncomfortable†for everyone in the locker room and each of the players “had knots and their stomachs and talked about transferring†after the meeting, according to the source.
That's right. Still don't see a reason for him to be the leader in the club house. Granted we've had more success than Wash but to move laterally to another asst pos and then back again. Don't see the dots connectingn.
