Surprised with all the negative things that are said that Davenport or Muscatine aren't on that list. Clinton is spot on.

About the one southern Iowa city that isn't a hell hole would be Burlington - and it's not on the list.

Waterloo has some terrible spots, but the smell in Clinton alone should put it at #1 worst.

I based my comment on the crime rate, however looking at statistics in the last few years, Marshalltown was no longer in the top ten. It was the #1 worst city for crime rate for awhile in the past.

Regardless, Waterloo is still a ********.

Depends on how it is done. Sometimes it does come off a little Uncle Rico-ish. And it is kind of braggy about something that the person really had no control of, where they were born. Kind of weird I guess.
