I'm a huge Wet Hot American Summer fan. I watched the first 2 episodes last night and was less than impressed. I will give all of them a watch but I am disappointed so far.

have you seen the movie? Or The State, for that matter?

If not, I could see it being kind of jarring. It's definitely a style of humor. Not terribly highbrow, either. Still funny, though.

Most underrated movie ever. Can't wait for it. Love how they are keeping the cast and setting it even 10 years earlier...just because.

They Came Together is on Netflix - very, very similar to WHAS. Same cast by and large, David Wain movie.
