If they do, can it be worse than the attrition that we've seen over the last few years.

How many seniors did we field this year?

What's amazing is this is the 7th year going into the year that we've been told by the Kool-Aid drinkers to temper our expectations because we have a "young" team.

I can't fully agree with that, but the only one I would have any concern for leaving would be Lazard. He never redshirted and I could see him transferring, redshirting and playing for two years elsewhere.

He's the last one I'm worried about. He's a Clone through thin and thinner.

guys, if we keep CPR, the talent will not only leave, it will stop coming. Not even bad players want to lose.

Emotion aside, and regardless of the player's allegiance, he's actually not helping them by leading them to defeat.

This of course is completely wrong. No players have left. Talent is improving.

next.

I don't know. He was highly recruited and passed on offers from a lot of top programs. I know that he's a legacy player, but he credited Rhoads as the reason he chose ISU. I'm sure he's looking ahead to playing on Sundays if he can. There are better places to showcase his talent; but then I'm not on a first name basis with him as you apparently are.

He won't waste a year sitting out.

there is so much talent

This...I'm not sure what team people have been watching for the past few years. It's the same trap every time. We might be more talented in comparison to our own poor talent of the recent past. Bad coaching, not that great of players recruited by poor coaches.

I'm convinced that if ISU and KSU had switched coaching staffs this morning, the Clones would have won this game 52-20. The Wildcat staff can take a team that had lost a lot to graduation and injury and still make a monumental comeback against a fairly healthy and more talented ISU team. One would think the team sees this, and might actually welcome a change in leadership, right?

We all know we have talent on the field on defense and offense as seen in the last 2 first halves. If Paul Rhoads is fired will any of the players leave with him. It is a sensitive issue for all the young players we have playing. I'm talking lazard Warren Joshua Thomas Peavy and don't forget Seth nerness any thoughts

Maybe but we need to live with 2-3 0-12 seasons just to get rid of this dysfunctional staff

That was my point, even if he wanted to leave he wouldn't due to having to sit out a year. He's not delaying his NFL shot by 1 year.

Transferring doesn't delay his shot by a year. He could easily go to a Notre Dame, sit a year, play one and bolt for the NFL.

Lazard would be the first player I would worry about leaving.
