My thought:

He must think he can get a medical waiver and play next year. A kid with that much heart wouldn't want to just sit out the rest of the season if he didn't think he had a chance at coming back next year....

What's really sad is Naz and Naing have been here since day 1 as freshman and to not finish together sucks for them. This will be a big blow.

If he doesn't receive a medical redshirt, could he use his normal redshirt for the second half of this season and the beggining of next? Then play again after first semester like McKay/Burton?
