If true, I'd assume he would get a medical redshirt? Silver-lining is we'd have him for two more years after this one I guess

I love how beating Halsted or Hines by a couple of hours is the highlight of some people's world and also what gets other members here a hard-on for such insiders. Is there something actionable that people do with that information during the time between CF report and Hines/Halsted/ISU report? I must be missing out on whatever that is.

While this may be the likely scenario, it sounded to me like we lost lineman on back to back plays. One I'm assuming is non serious, and the other is. If my story turns out to be correct, I'd like RibsandWhiskey to have his username changed by a mod to WibsAndWhiskey... Just for good measure.
Not true. I was at the scrimmage. We did not lose offensive linemen on consecutive plays, and the one that did get injured did not appear season-ending serious.

Wow was this a pathetic thread. Everyone (sans a couple) rips an ISU poster cause they don't like the news? Including somebody from Spokane who questions this WIB person cause he was present? And I guess GTO believes all news must come from certain sources after a certain times passes. Oh the hypocrisy from GTO.

So I think BeyerBall is on the money here. My buddy said he saw a lineman go down, and then on the way out of the scrimmage said he saw Campos on crutches. He must have connected the dots and thought he got hurt during the scrimmage. I guess I lose. Everytime I post anything that isn't known by the masses a monster **** show happens. I find it hilarious and it has really made my day that much better, knowing that so many Cyclone Fanaticers have their pantys in a wad over what I say.

It's football. We're bad this way in basketball, but we generally live in denial towards football and don't like reminders of how things have been.

Have a thick skin and drive right on.

I just didn't know Campos was hurt so just wanted to clarify that it wasn't him who went down on 2nd play..btw..Fett went down and literally it was 2nd play and I turned to person next me and he just threw his hat on ground..got up..and said "this **** is getting old"..and walked off..lol.

Have to say I don't think you can another single P5 program that has had more Oline injuries and/or departures than the one right here at ISU. It is truly unbelievable.

This was due years ago might as well see if it can stop the curse..

You must be the world's least busy lawyer to be on here so much every day.

Regardless of the information or how it is ascertained, I really appreciate what little information we get shared on theses boards. I really enjoy coming on here and seeing an update, especially after a big day like today. Let's ease up on the beating on each other and enjoy the tidbits and see what proves to be accurate over time. Then you will see which posters have solid info and which ones are just guessing.

Losing Campos is a big blow. If Fett is also out for extended time, then we are really going to need to stay healthy the next few weeks. If there's a position where ISU can't afford injuries, it's in the OL (ok, obviously qb now too).

Thanks for sharing what you've heard or what you saw today to those of you that are doing so.
