That does suck. Even though a Hawk Fan, I root for ISU every week but one. Plus he is a local kid. And having met many players, coaches, and school admin through the years, all of whom are great people, and a ton of fans (some are better than others; I kid), I feel for you all. Hope for full and speedy recovery.

Yes. Out for (probably) the season.
The big stink was whether it happened in the scrimmage or before. Not sure why that part matters.

Regardless of the information or how it is ascertained, I really appreciate what little information we get shared on theses boards. I really enjoy coming on here and seeing an update, especially after a big day like today. Let's ease up on the beating on each other and enjoy the tidbits and see what proves to be accurate over time. Then you will see which posters have solid info and which ones are just guessing.

Losing Campos is a big blow. If Fett is also out for extended time, then we are really going to need to stay healthy the next few weeks. If there's a position where ISU can't afford injuries, it's in the OL (ok, obviously qb now too).

Thanks for sharing what you've heard or what you saw today to those of you that are doing so.

I agree. Then we can separate them into two groups. Offer sacrifices to the ones that are always correct and execute the ones we thought were guessing. We'll then erect some statues to the accurate ones and visit them every Sunday. Let them marry as many of our daughters as they would like and live in a CF Insider commune under their guidance. We'll do that for a few years, until we hear that the ISU Athletic Department is coming to break the whole thing up. We'll then drink the Kool Aid they'll brew for us because we'd rather die than let them take our insider knowledge.

And I guess GTO believes all news must come from certain sources after a certain times passes. Oh the hypocrisy from GTO.

I'm VERY clear that is info is probably right. But why would he/she be such a **** about it? If you "know" something (having 2nd hand info about several plays and calling a player a waste ISN'T "knowing" anything) then share it. If you can't share then don't. But to know info, be able to share it, and being such a hard-on about it is classless. Unless thats what the poster was going for in which case "nailed it".

So I think BeyerBall is on the money here. My buddy said he saw a lineman go down, and then on the way out of the scrimmage said he saw Campos on crutches. He must have connected the dots and thought he got hurt during the scrimmage. I guess I lose. Everytime I post anything that isn't known by the masses a monster **** show happens. I find it hilarious and it has really made my day that much better, knowing that so many Cyclone Fanaticers have their pantys in a wad over what I say.
