What in the world was Campbell looking at on his wrist about once every 30 seconds?

Was he more concerned about the number of steps on his Fitbit than the scoreboard or what? Is there some special wrist-worn football tool I am unaware of?

While it's probably petty to ***** about, I think it show'd a level of distraction that doesn't instill confidence in his guys. Maybe he was checking his heart rate or something, but it was annoying given everything else he should have been spending his time looking at.
